DELIVERY
Shippingcosts within the Netherlands:
- T-shirt (up to two t-shirts) – Mailbox with track & trace: 3,95 euro
- Sweater (and up to two t-shirts) – Registered parcel post: 8,60 euro
- Free shipping for orders over 120 euro.
- All our packages are send to you by Post NL.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) postmarked within 14 calendar days after you have received your order.
What to do?
1) Send an email to: hello@wander-fulstories.com, including:
- your name
- the order number
- the article number
- description of the article
- reason for return
2) Send your item(s) in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and in the original packaging with hangtags attached (if applicable), including your name, within 14 days to:

You may use a shipping carrier of your choice, but it is advised to use a tracked service as wander.ful cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing in transit.
REFUND
Once the returned package has been received and processed then the refund will be made. Please note that it can take up to 20 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending upon the payment provider. Shipping costs are not included.
Items excluded for return:
Damaged, worn and washed items.
EXCHANGE
It is of course possible to exchange your item. To do so, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order to ensure that you get the right item.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives with a fault then please contact us at hello@wander-fulstories.com detailing the problem. It is also helpful to send photographs. If we deem your item to indeed be faulty, then compensation will be made with a full refund. Goods are faulty if they are a) received damaged or b) where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be deemed faulty.
Please make sure to read the washing and care instructions prior to laundering your goods. Damage occurred from incorrect washing will not be compensated for. Please check the warning labels on your laundry detergent to ensure it is suitable for use.

VERZENDING
Verzendkosten binnen Nederland:
- T-shirt (maximaal twee stuks) – Brievenbuspakket met track & trace: 3,95 euro
- Sweater (Maximaal twee stuks, of met maximaal twee t-shirts) – Geregistreerde pakketpost: 8,60 euro
- Geen verzendkosten bij bestellingen boven 120 euro.
- Wij verzenden al onze pakketten via PostNL.
RETOUR
Als je toch niet helemaal tevreden bent over het artikel, kun je het zonder problemen terugsturen! Dit kan op de volgende manier:
1) Stuur een mail naar hello@wander-fulstories.com met vermelding van:
- je naam
- artikelnummer
- ordernummer
- beschrijving artikel
- reden voor retourzending
2) Nadat je een ontvangstbevestiging van je mail ontvangen hebt, kun je het item binnen 14 dagen in originele staat (ongedragen, ongewassen, met evt. hangtags en vermelding van je naam), in de originele verpakking terugsturen naar:

Je kunt hier een postorderbedrijf naar keuze (bijvoorbeeld PostNL) voor gebruiken. Retourneren is op eigen kosten en voor eigen risico. Vraag altijd om een track & trace code en een verzendbewijs.
Items die niet teruggestuurd kunnen worden:
Gedragen, beschadigde en gewassen item.
Hoe ontvang je geld terug na een retourzending?
Je retourzending wordt bij ontvangst door ons gecontroleerd. We streven ernaar om zo spoedig mogelijk, maar uiterlijk binnen 20 werkdagen, je geld terug te storten op je bank- of girorekening of je creditcard account.
RUILEN
Het is uiteraard mogelijk om een artikel te ruilen. Echter, hiervoor dien je eerst het foutieve item terug te sturen en het juiste item opnieuw via de website te bestellen.
KLACHTEN
Wij doen (uiteraard) ons uiterste best om onze artikelen goed te controleren alvorens ze naar je toe te zenden. Mocht je toch klachten hebben over de artikelen, de staat van ontvangst of over onze service, dan horen wij dat graag!
